Kaipara kids' Children's Day Celebration
Where: Selwyn Park, Dargaville

Family Fun Fest

Whanau Ora Day
Where: Upper Domain, Christian Street, Dannevirke
When: Sunday 4th March, 10am - 3pm
Activities: Fun day for families. There will be activities for children and entertainment for families with lots of free give aways throughout the day!

ART in the PARK
Where: Memorial Park
When: Sunday 4th March, 11:30am - 1:30pm
Activities: BYO your family picnic, take part in painting a giant mural on canvas which will be displayed within the community for the community. Face painting, bubble blowing....be there or be square, its FREE!

Children's Day Otangarei
Where: Otangarei School Field, Otangarei, Whangarei
When: Saturday 10th March, 10am - 1pm
Activities: Old fashion sport game and activities - spoon races, sack races, hand and feet painting, free BBQ and lots lots more..

Kaitaia Family Fun Festival
Where: Kaitaia Memorial Swimming pool, Bank Street, Kaitaia 0486
When: Sunday 4th March, 10am - 2pm
Activities: Families will have free entry to the pool facility throughout the day. We will provide a free sausage sizzle; entertainment from local schools and early childhood centres, bouncy castles, face painting and fire truck rides. Various community, social service and health organisations will run stalls including Plunket, Westpac, Te Oranga, Te Hauora o Te Hiku o Te Ika and Street Maytz.

Wellsford Toy Library Open Day & Colouring Competition
Where: Wellsford Toy Library, 90 Rodney Street, Wellsford
When: Thursday 1st March, 9am - 4pm
Activities: Enjoy a free cuppa tea or coffee and a slice of cake, talk to the librarian and find out how our toy library works! We are also running a colouring competition. Entries close on the 20th Feb 2012 so get yours in NOW!
