Activities: Amazing picnic day with families. There will be displays from NZ Police and Fire department. Olympians and other sports people will be attending and we will organise games and other activities for families. Everyone is welcome to attend so come and join our family fun day!

Teddy bear family picnic
Where: Te Huruhi School hall and fields, 5 Donald Bruce Road, Surfdale, Waiheke
When: Sunday 4th March, 2pm - 5pm
Activities: Dress up as 'Royalty' with activities such as bouncy castle, pony rides, races, crown- making, face painting, story telling, stilt walkers, teddy bear parade, spot prizes, slime bins and toy activities. All activities are free so bring your family!

Activities: This is a market where children and young people are the stall holders. It will be an opportunity for kids to earn some pocket money by selling their old toys, games, clothing and more. Some kids will be selling what they make or bake.

Toddler Day Out and Great Parenting Fair
Where: Waitakere Trust Stadium Arena

Activities: Whole day of free family fun activities. Interactive ECE learning, services for parents, full stage show, free rides, petting zoo and safety demonstrations.
Wet weather plan: Waitakere's great Children's Day event will still be on Saturday 10-4pm at the Trust Stadium in Henderson. Don't let the wet weather deter you!!! Its a fantastic INDOOR venue with all the usual fun.. rides, stage shows, face painting, parents information and a whole line up of healers ready to take care of the parent's aches and pains!!

OIS - Outreach Immunisation Service

Activities: We run an Outreach Immunisation Service where we go into homes and vaccinate children. We visit families with children aged anywhere from 6 wks to 4-5yrs old.

Kiara's Angel Walk
Where: Starts at Pohutakawa Reserve, Orewa & ends at Western Reserve, Orewa, Auckland
When: Sunday 4th March, 8:45am - 2pm
Activities: Kiara’s Angel Walk will be held on Sunday 4 March 2012. The Angel Walk is a 7km gentle walk or cycle around the picturesque Te Ara Tahuna (Orewa estuary) walkway to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation.
The walk ends at Western Reserve in Orewa with a Family Funday (10am – 2pm). Everyone is invited to enjoy some fabulous free entertainment, children's rides, food stalls, street performers, craft stalls and a fun carnival atmosphere. A great day out for all the family!
